   WAYSIDE HONOR RANCHO    Castaic, California  1948-1949: Drug Violation  Chuck befriends movie star Robert Mitchum, who is there for an infamous marijuana bust. He also meets the Sheik, a top member of the Waxey Gordon narcotic syndicate.

   ALCATRAZ     Although never sentenced here, Chuck was held in solitary confinement while awaiting trial and subsequent transfer to Atlanta Federal Penitentiary.  1.  1953 - When he was captured by the FBI after being an escaped federal prison

1.  1953 - When he was captured by the FBI after being an escaped federal prisoner. He was transferred here and then sent to the District of Columbia Jail and ultimately Atlanta Federal Penitentiary.

OR

2.  1958 - After Chuck was captured by the FBI in Nevada for a string of East Coast armed robberies. He was held here while being sentenced and spent the next 10 years of his life in Atlanta Federal Penitentiary.
